1. The Service

Lock100 is a habit and fitness-support tool that can count pushups, track progress, and use Apple Screen Time features to place limits on apps you select. Lock100 does not guarantee that every repetition will be detected or that app limits cannot be bypassed through device settings, system behavior, or other methods.

2. Health and Safety

Lock100 is not medical advice. Exercise involves risk. Use proper form, choose goals appropriate for your ability, stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning an exercise program when appropriate.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

4. Permissions

Some features require camera access, Screen Time authorization, notifications, or other device permissions. You may revoke permissions through iOS Settings, but doing so may prevent certain features from working.

5. Subscriptions

Lock100 may offer monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing and trial terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, use it to violate the rights of others, or use automated means to access the service in a way that burdens our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

Lock100, its branding, software, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

Lock100 may rely on Apple, RevenueCat, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lock100 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect rep detection, specific fitness results, or that Screen Time restrictions will always function as expected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from exercise, device restrictions, inability to access an app, loss of data, or use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using Lock100 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

12. Changes

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
